Shy Teens Club is a welcoming and supportive space for school-aged kids to build confidence in social interactions. Whether practicing everyday conversations, preparing for class presentations, or simply connecting with others who understand their struggles, this club helps teenagers step out of their shell in a comfortable, pressure-free environment.
Held online once a month, Shy Teens Club offers a chance for teens to meet like-minded peers, develop their communication skills, and gain confidence in social settings. Participants can engage in guided activities, role-playing exercises, and supportive discussions designed to make socializing easier and more enjoyable.

Shy Teens Club runs online on the last Friday of every month, from 6:15-7:30 PM HKT, for students aged 12-17 years old. A fee of $100 is required to be paid prior to joining each session.
About the Coach: Coach Shalini is a Hong Kong based professsional and certified life coach and trainer for teenagers. She used to be so shy, she wasn’t able to raise her hand in order to participate in class! Now, she is the president of a Toastmasters Club, and has won comeptitions in the club, area, and division level.
Primary objective of the club is to give shy teenagers a safe space to build communication skills from asking questions in the class to talking to people to making presentations.
A mix of lectures, interactive activities, and practice sessions.
There will be strict guidelines and the facilitator will closely monitor the group. Anyone not abiding by the guidelines will be asked to leave the group.
Participants have to pay 100 HKD per session 24 hours before the session to book a seat for themselves. There is no additional fee or hidden cost. The fee once paid is non refundable. If the coach cancels the session due to unforeseen circumstances, they will make up for the class.
Being able to participate from a familiar environment helps shy teens feel less anxious. it’s a low-pressure way to step out of their comfort zone and develop essential life skills. Regular practice helps them become more comfortable with expressing their ideas.
